What is a .ATF file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ATF file is an Axon Text File produced by GenePix Pro software (Molecular Devices) for storing DNA microarray scan results. Open it with GenePix Pro, Microsoft Excel (Tab delimiter), R/Bioconductor's read.maimages(), or any text editor. The format is plain text with no executable content, so it poses no malware risk.
