A CRDOWNLOAD file is an unfinished download created by Google Chrome or another Chromium-based browser, including Microsoft Edge. The browser writes the incoming data into "name.ext.crdownload" and renames it to the real filename only when the download reaches 100%. To get your file, resume the download in the browser (Ctrl+J, then Resume) or download it again.
