What is a .GEPRINT file?

A GEPRINT file is a saved print or map-layout setting from Google Earth Pro. It stores page setup, title, legend, scale, and view parameters for the app's print feature. It does not contain a map. Open it with Google Earth Pro (free). If you expected to see a map, ask the sender for a KML or KMZ export instead.
