What is a .SPF file?
The most common data format on the web.
An .spf file from SlingPlayer is a small settings file that stored favorite TV channels and Slingbox connection details. It holds no video or audio. The Slingbox service shut down permanently on November 9, 2022, so these files no longer function. The .spf extension is also used by the SPIFF image format, SmartDraw, and ShellProfile files, so the right steps depend on which app created yours.
