What is a .SVGZ file?
An SVGZ file is an SVG vector image run through gzip compression, typically 50 to 80% smaller than the plain .svg. The content inside is identical XML. Open it in Inkscape (free) or any modern browser by dragging it into the window. To get the editable .svg back, rename it to .svg.gz and extract with 7-Zip.
