What is a .XLB file?
The most common data format on the web.
An XLB file is an internal Microsoft Excel settings file that stores your customized toolbars and menus. You do not open it directly; Excel reads and writes it automatically on startup and exit. If your toolbars look broken, close Excel and delete the XLB file, and Excel will rebuild a clean default on next launch (your customizations are lost, so back it up first).
